Paige is a visionary entrepreneur who has been making dreams a reality for over 20 years by guiding nonprofit leaders in creating and implementing strategies that align with organizational goals, create measurable impact, and achieve sustainable growth. 

Known for her innovative strategic thinking and motivational communication skills, Paige has developed a remarkable track record of helping nonprofit organizations successfully secure individual, corporate, and grant funding by building attractional brands, developing and engaging stakeholders, and highly focused communication strategies.  

Paige’s successes and expertise have been featured on the TODAY Show, New York Times, ABC World News Tonight, The World According to Jeff Goldblum, The Steve Harvey Show, Glamour Magazine, as a TEDx speaker, and more.

Building upon her success serving with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and American Stroke Association, Paige founded an innovative event-planning firm known for its attention to detail and unparalleled commitment to client satisfaction. Under her leadership, the company quickly gained a reputation for orchestrating successful high-end events for organizations around the globe.

Following God’s leading to serve children in need, in 2012 Paige founded The Birthday Party Project, a thriving national nonprofit dedicated to celebrating the lives of children experiencing homelessness through the magic of a birthday party.  Under her leadership, The Birthday Party Project expanded to 20 cities across the country and celebrated over 75,000 kids with the help of 30,000 birthday enthusiasts (volunteers).  Paige continues to serve as founder, focusing on maintaining the vision, culture, and brand she created.

Seeking to expand her impact beyond a single nonprofit, Paige joined the Horizons team where she guides nonprofit organizations to increase their effectiveness and achieve long-term sustainability through strategic planning, board development, brand management, effective communication strategies, and implementing integrated funding strategies for annual, capital, and planned development.
